DRINK YOUR WATER

So everything has been going great. Been swimming every other day, eating right, taking my vitamins, & not drinking soda or caffeine. Went for my 3rd MD visit & I've lost another 19 pounds. Woohoo. I've been working really hard & it's really paying off. 

Yesterday however I learned a valuable lesson though. After my MD visit I had called my family doc to make an appointment to have some labs done. All was good till I was checking out. All of a sudden I got really light headed & everything started spinning. I ended up passing out as they got me to a chair. My doc said I was dehydrated. She sent me to the ER for some fluids. I was there forever it seamed. But they finally let me go home. I honestly thought I was drinking enough. But apparently I wasn't. So from now on I'm gonna keep water with me at all times.  Lesson learned.
